Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 7 days of placing, excluding weekends and public holidays. The serviceability and delivery times will vary according to your specific zip code and are separately communicated at the time of placing the order. Once the order is confirmed will deliver the order within 7 working days .

Returns

We are sure you will love Paryvin Hygiene, but we understand that you may have different preferences. However, given that Paryvin Hygiene is a hygiene product, we do not accept product returns.

Exchange

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

We always take sufficient care to ensure that your product is delivered to you without any damages. However, if you do receive your delivery in a damaged condition, kindly write to us at paryvinhygienepvtltd@gmail.com and we will ship you a new pack without any additional charges.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Cancellation & Refunds

If you want to cancel your order, you just need to drop an email to paryvinhygienepvtltd@gmail.com. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order in 24-48 business hours. The money will be refunded as per the payment mode within 6-8 working days of the confirmation. Please note that orders that have already been shipped from our side cannot be cancelled.

In case you do not receive your refunds within 6-8 working days, please drop an email at paryvinhygienepvtltd@gmail.com and we will sort out the issue. Rest assured, the money will be refunded to you.
